Do you have a volume discount program?
Yes we do. Orders totaling $500.00-$1,000.00 receive a 7% discount before shipping/handling, and sales tax that may apply. For orders totaling $1,001.00 and up, they will receive a 10% discount before shipping/handling, and sales tax that may apply.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
You may retrieve your password through the My Account page.
How do I know that my credit card information and personal information is safe?
Your credit card information will NOT be remembered and therefore it will have to be entered every time that you place an order with 5 Star Discount Dancewear for security purposes.

How do I determine sizing for a particular item?
When viewing a particular item, you will have the opportunity to bring up a sizing chart for that particular item (Manufacturer’s Sizing) that you are viewing. Please note that there is not a 100% gurantee on the sizing. The manufacturers are providing the customer with “suggested sizing”.
How much is shipping and handling?

How will my package ship?
We use USPS (The United States Postal Service) for shipping of our packages. Please see our Shipping and Handling information for more details.
How long does it take to get my package?
It will take 7-10 business days to get your package if items are in-stock. If an item is on back-order it will take longer. The customer will be notified if an item is on back-order. The customer will then have the opportunity to either wait for the back-ordered item or to cancel the pending order. Please refer to our shipping and handling for rates on overnight and express delivery of packages.

What currency are your prices listed in?
We are based in the United States and all transactions are based on US dollars.
What type of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment.
How do I cancel or change my order?
You must contact us via email or by telephone - please see our Customer Service Information. Your items may have already shipped by the time that you call to change or cancel your order. In this case, please see our Terms and Conditions Policy.
Charging of Sales Tax:
5 Star Discount Dancewear is located in New York State therefore, we only charge sales tax to New York State residents.
Do you have a store location?

Do you accept personal checks or money orders for on-line orders?
We only accept credit cards for payment. These credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
